Busy small workshop requires a skilled/experienced mechanic (MOT Tester advantageous) to work on all models of Land Rover, 4x4’s and smaller vehicles. 4x4 experience preferred although applicants who are enthusiastic and keen to learn will also be considered.

Applicant must be a team player but able to work on own initiative and to a high standard within a relevant time without constant supervision. Aptitude and enthusiasm essential as is the ability to deal directly with clients.

Salary negotiable depending on experience/qualifications.

Job title : MOT Tester/Mechanic

Gumtree 4x4 Ltd need another experienced mechanic for their busy workshop in Mid-Sussex. Either a trained MOT tester, one in need of a refresher course or one willing to be trained would be considered. The ability to work well using own iniative, communicate with customers and fellow workers, keep accurate records and maintain a sense of humour are all considered beneficial. Good rates of pay and a happy workplace are available to the right person.
