Warranty

As you would expect, Members of the Network warrant their work for up to 12000 miles, or 12 months, whichever comes first, in accordance with their Terms of Business.

Because their technicians are trained on 4x4 vehicles, and because Vehicle Manufacturers' (Genuine) parts and/or parts from suppliers to the Vehicle Manufacturers (OE) are used in workshops (unless instructed otherwise by the customer), warranty claims are historically very low.

Complaints

Customers who have a complaint about the quality of goods or services supplied should, in the first place and at the earliest opportunity, make it known to the Member who supplied them.

The complaint should be made in writing and addressed to the Managing Director, who will acknowledge receipt within 7 days, and provide a full response within a further 7 days.

If attempts to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion fail, customers have the right to refer the complaint to the Network's Board of Directors, who will consider any reasonable complaint, and seek to find a fair solution.
